1. Product Nature

All products sold under SUNTHINGS are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) food items. Products must be stored at –18°C or below at all times. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

2. Storage & Handling

• Maintain uninterrupted cold chain.
• Keep product sealed until use.
• Follow cooking/preparation instructions mentioned on packaging.
• Improper storage may affect quality, texture, and safety.

3. Shelf Life

Shelf life is valid only when stored as recommended and before the “Best Before” date printed on the packaging.

4. Quality Assurance

Products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Natural variations in size, color, or texture may occur due to agricultural sourcing and do not constitute defects.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

Products may be processed in facilities handling allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or seafood. Please review packaging carefully before consumption.

6. Returns & Claims

• Claims for damaged or temperature-abused goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Proof of purchase and product images may be required.
• Returns are subject to verification and cold-chain compliance.

7. Limitation of Liability

SUNTHINGS is not liable for issues arising from improper storage, mishandling, or failure to follow preparation instructions.
