Cultivated with love in sun-drenched farms that are run on renewable energy generatedthrough wind turbines, and use natural fertilisers made from agricultural waste.

Within 40 to 50 days

HARVESTED WHEN THEY’RE AT THEIR BEST.

Coconuts plucked within this timeframe are at their peak ripeness and sweetness (which we know because we’re equipped with expertise garnered through generations and generations of farming).

CAREFULLY GRATED BY HAND.

Once harvested, within the span of a day, we grate each coconut by hand in a hygienic facility right next to where they’re grown.

While it may be considered a laborious process, we take the time to grate the coconuts by hand — which helps us get the right size and texture.

PACKED & FROZEN PERFECTLY.

The magic happens at a BRC-certified facility in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. It's packed into pouches using the on-site automatic filling machines and Individually Quick Frozen using the Swedish Octofrost IQF System.

TRANSPORTED AT A COOL -18° CELSIUS.

Once frozen, it is immediately transferred to a temperature-controlled room.

Then, it's sent to warehouses and stores in reefer vehicles.

What is Individual Quick Freezing?

A rapid freezing technique in which food is exposed to extremely low temperatures, between -30°C and -40°C. using quick and powerful cold air circulation.
